The three Over The Top women may be candidates for Ringling Bros, Barnum & Bailey but ... to me they are attractive women regardless.

I agree they overdid the 'augmentation' part, but it must've been something they felt deeply about in order to tolerate the concomitant problems evidently inherent in such a topheavy physique, not to mention the social scrutiny they must receive.
