Searching on northeast folk venues gave quite a lot - banjo.bill has most of them but not all if you can get hold of a Folk Roundabout or manage to contact trevor the editor or Brian Colley at the Hartlepool club contact address they would know of others - boy I can remember when we could go out at least 5nights of the week within a 20 mile radius - that doesn't happen in Rawcliffe Bridge!!
