Do Gentle ladies get such things as yeast infections?

I only get them when I'm put on antibiotics for chest infections, which are nice and anyone can get them. Mind you... chest infections make you cough up stuff that bears a striking resemblence to mayonnaise that's been left out in the sun too long.....
