Irish Mudcatters and others who might be in Ireland 10 - 12 June may be interested to learn about the Cobh (Co. Cork) Maritime Song Festival.

Guests for the 2005 festival will include Liam Clancy, Louis Killen, Jimmy Crowley, The Press Gang / Warp 4, Dan Milner & Bob Conroy, Banana Boat, Jim Mageean & Johnny Collins, Baggywrinkle, storyteller Pat Speight, folklorist Tom Munnelly, and maritime artist Kenneth King. This year's festival is dedicated to the late Cyril Tawney.
