"The process they use is rapid flash pan freezing. They drop the temperature of the pan down to minus 203C. Then they vacum wrap the inside of the pan with a sheet teflon. Then they rapidly raise the temperature of the pan back to room temperature thus sticking the teflon to the pan. The whole process for one pan takes approximatley 17 seconds."
