Well my partner has one on the 'Use in an emergency' basis, which we discovered last month was dead, I rang the number and they claimed it didn't exist. When I got to the bottom of it eventually it transpired that because no calls had been made or received in the previous 6 months they took the number back, complete with the £10 credit which I had put on it. Apparently they are free to do this without notification or justification, I call it daylight robbery. I don't use mine much now I've given up regular work, but I wouldn't be without it I'm afraid.
