Glad you enjoyed the outpouring Ake. I was thinking the other day ( I do have my moments ) about back in the day when Lennon asked us to "stay in bed and grow our hair for peace". This was an interesting point of view and didn't require any financial outlay or any physical effort. Albeit, costing several people their jobs and causing them to be social outcasts because of their untidy appearances. Three decades on and Sir Bob wants these same people to abandon everything and fork out for a daytrip to London to stand in a park being knocked from pillar to post and charged extortionate rates for beverages and dodgy foodstuffs. Whilst having to endure the latest Pop Idol diatribe as strangers relieve themselves into other peoples rucksacs all around. Then after 10 hours of hell having to trek to Edinburgh to be greeted by riot police and the same deadbeat transcients who pissed in your rucksac in London. I think I preferred Lennons political machinations myself so I probably will grow my hair in bed for the day and hope it makes a difference.Besides, I don't think my rucsack can take the strain.
