One of my favorite Awful Rhymers is George Gordon. Here's some quotes from Don Juan.

..I say -- the future is a serious matter --
And so -- for God's sake -- hock and sodawater!

and

...Fit for my poem (that is, for my new one);
So, as I said, I'll take my friend Don Juan.
