There's "Pablo Picasso" which I think was written by Jonathan Richman but is also performed by John Cale and a few other people. (Those who don't appreciate the more vulgar elements of the English language might not want to read further.)

Sample lyrics are:

He could walk down the street
And girls could not resist his stare

(Not in New York....)
