Thanks, Scoville. There may be something in that with me, too. One of the rehab people told me in hospital, when he watched me walk down the hall with a walker, that I had my shoulders and neck very tensed up. That was almost 9 weeks ago. This past Friday, he told me in exercise class that I was still very "guarded." So...I need to remember to relax more AND not be so afraid of doing something which will make it hurt too much, again, i.e. pay attention to what they said NOT to do! Thanks, again,
