Stilly - The Julia Sweeney monologue was brilliant!

At 10 I rcvd. my first bible. I had finished it at 14 and was thinking about confirmation but... the minister avoided me every chance he got because I had too many questions. I then decided that when I grew up I would translate the bible into everyday language that everyone could understand.

The monologue asked many of the same questions I had as a young girl. Julia Sweeney was able to express those doubts much better than I did.
