Well, I just got back from my 3rd physical rehab visit. I start just 10 degrees off with all bending and rotating, and have already made progress. I'm playing guitar pretty well, though bar chords are tricky. For the most part, I am very happy with where I am. It looks as if I'll get back to 100%. I'm a lucky boy.
