In the Cotswolds the Minchinhampton FC near Stroud (Thurs) in the Crown is a good ffiendly club, but offer to sing because they can fill the night and may not ask you if it is full, and it usually is. Good standard. Martin Carthy turned-up on the first night and did a spot, but it is a singers/musicians type club.

Somers TFC Worcester, Fri in the Albion in Sidbury by the canal fairly central. Good standard, and friendly - mostly!

The Tunnel House Inn in Coates Cirencester is also a good 1st Wed - but if you want to go PM or webmail me for directions - it is impossible to find - but look for the Sapperton tunnel portal on an OS map.
