MBO, you are almost correct. It is "mille" (meaning "thousand") in Latin for thousand, and "annium" is Genitive Plural of "annus" (meaning "year").

T in Oklahoma, it is not the 3rd millennium AD, but the 3rd millennium of the Gregorian calendar. Historians are pretty sure that Jesus Christ's birth took place either 3 BC or 7 AD, but not in 1 AD, based on astronomical effects which would explain the star of Bethlehem.

(As far as my knowledge of English goes, "alone" means the physical state of "no other person being around" while "lonesome" means the "feeling of having no person to talk, ...", so you can be lonesome in a crowd of people, but not alone. Tell me if I am wrong here.)
