Gee, I wish you were still around here to party with! I'll miss those ukeleles. I'm sure there's likely to be a shortage of them wherever I wind up. Sorry, I doubt that I could afford to buy your house-wish I could, though-it sounds very nice! We'll just have to find somewhere else to party!!!!!
