As an aside, does anyone else remember that television commercial from the 1980s I think it was about telephone emergency access for the elderly. In that commercial this old woman falls down the stairs, lays on the floor, and says:

"I've fallen. I've fallen. And I can't get up"

Well that line is immortalized in a children's foot stomping cheer that I collected from the 1980s.

And apparently for some reason that "I've fallen" line [or the way the actress said it] hit some people's funny bone {not me of course since I have no sense of humor at all}.

So what does this have to do with the price of beans and with this thread in particular? Well not much besides the 'falling' bit.

I see this thread hasn't fallen...And it won't if we all do our part to keep it afloat.
