I grew my beard in 1971 and for the mostpart I have had one ever since. I shaved it off when my daughter was 4 because a can of deck leveling epxoy fell on my me from a boat in the yard and I had to get it off or be burnedy resin. Rebekkah was oddly silent but her brothers, then 1.5 screamed. I grew it back as fast as was possible and have been bearded ever since.

And yes Ms. Muse, My Sweetie also uses it to grab my attention and make sure I'm paying attention.

Seamus Kennedy has joined in (For the first time???) and for those who don't know Seamus he is a fine singer, a guitarist I envy, and a wit of amazing agility. Besides, he's always nice to me and the rest of The Flyn' Column when ever we share a bill.
