1. must be intelligent (mentally stimulating)
2. Must be a liberal (compassionate)
3. Reasonably attractive..(somewhere between Marty Feldman and Jane Fonda) 5. Sense of humor (she would need it being with me)
6. healthy libido
7. willing to relocate (I'm not)
8. willing to spend winters in the south, summers in Maine.
9. Nature lover.
10. Like to travel.
