And now, Fresh From the Frozen Arctic Regions, Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, I present for your edification and amazement,

ME!! (Please hold the applause, for the sound of one hand clapping is the same as many hands clapping and I'd rather have pneumonia than clap.)

Moreover, I submit for your education the following title, purchased by myself in the sprawling metropolis of Skagway, Alaska (but seen earlier in bookstores Outside):

Harry G. Frankfurt, On Bullshit (Princeton, NJ: Princeton University Press [sic], 2005).

Yes! A comprehensive scholarly look at that which we all know and love! And I quote the bit about the author:

Harry G. Frankfurt, renowned moral philosopher, is Professor of Philosophy Emeritus at Princeton University. His books include "The Reasons of Love" (Princeton), "Necessity, Volition, and Love", and "The Importance of What We Care About."

Within the 67 pages of this tome (which cost me a mere USD 9.95, plus tax, and it's a hardback) is contained...well, I'll let you read it for yourself. But I will only state that it should grace the bookshelf of everyone who has ever posted here or anywhere else.

I also suggest that you purchase a gift copy for your members of Congress/Parliament/Duma/Junta or whatever.
