Well, my guitar finally arrived this morning at about 8:30 am. It is in fine condition thanks to Calton Co of Canada. We miss England already. All the great friends who put us up and put up with us will be remembered fondly for many years. But we do wish we were still there. We both must return to work tomorrow and see if our noses can still rest comfortably on the grind-stone.
To George and Vanessa, Bill and Janet, Mick and Rhiannon, Andy and Barbara, Andrew and Carole, and George and Vanessa again, who allowed us to share their homes: Your generosity and friendship made our trip into the best vacation we have ever had.
To Mandy & Peter, Kim, Mary, Gordon, Sheila, Giok, Theresa, Colin, Angie & Ken, all the Shellbacks, Pat & Ned, John, Johnny, Liz, Ian, David, Derek, Jim & Ruth, Alan, and so very many others who shared their time with us in our travels: THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!.
