Well, the Urgent Care folks called my wife late yesterday afternoon. Seems like a re-reading of the x-rays shows that her right hand has, indeed, a fracture. At the base of her third finger, there is a crack and some flakes chipped off the bone. She has to wear a splint on her finger for about a month.
