I like hot, but sweet hot not just throat burn. SOme curries, for instance, feel like I've just slit my throat - then there is no taste at all. Now sweet hot is nice, Tabasco is good - only recently has there been anything other than the basic red Tabasco by McIlleny? (sp).

The range of such sauces is very restricted here too.
