Thanks for explaining, Peter. I had an initial reaction to Gern's first post of "whaddya mean 'we?'"

There are plenty of excuses people can dream up to justify evil deeds. Blame it on family, friends, co-workers, the "system," anything but one's self. If criminals believe these excuses are reason enough to commit crimes, then perhaps those who facilitate them doing so really are guilty.
