The contractors measured wrong when they tore out and rebuilt the bathroom on the floor of the library where I work. The largest stall is palacial, but they didn't move the sink counter over to compensate for the ADA measurements so the other two stalls are now incredibly cramped. On top of it, the MEN who installed the paperholder and trash box OBVIOUSLY didn't try sitting on the pot to see if they were putting those appliances in a good place. They weren't.

There's bound to be some disgruntled grafitti just because of those mistakes.
