It is still hard for me to not smoke, over 10 years since I quit. Many months ago, not in control of all my faculties, I tried a cigarette. I was hoping against hope that it would taste awful and make me sick. It didn't, and I have to watch carefully that I don't do it again.

But stick to it, my friend. It's worth it, you know it is. I'd give almost anything if the people I love who still smoke would quit. If they only knew HOW MUCH I would give.....
