What Shambles said. It is interesting -- the reason that mudcat has become so contentious, so unfriendly, is that perhaps too many of us think we can "win".
And, as I said, I would prefer that we all understood the naure of most of our posts -- opinion. In fact, most often, even when "sources" are cited (whether by C&P or by link) the sources are opinion as well. The proof of that assertion is either side's unwillingness to accept the other's sources as "fact" (the left dismisses Fox News totally and the right equally questions, for example, the Washington Post).
But this is the second post in a week's time where you, Bobert, are lamenting your inability to "win". Earlier you were desperately seeking your anonymous poster from Texas to come to your rescue. Now you're wishing that your opponent's wouldn't cite outside sources. hmmm.
