You've seen first hand how expert I am a quitting (ha!) and so I won't offer any advice. I do think, though, that Linda Kelly's recommendations are excellent. I also echo those who have said that you are far from having lost the war and that the war continues for a long, long time - sorry to say.

Personally, I am extremely proud of you that you have abstained for so long. You really are quite strong, you know.
