Just wanted to say I totally agree with John Hardly on the necessity of breaking up paragraphs.

Your first goal when posting anything has to be to get people to read it. As a reader, even if you highly respect the poster, you don't want to be confronted with a big block of print--as John says, it makes it hard to read. Breaking it up hurts nothing-- and it makes it easier to read.
