Actually Joe, re: the Weavers. It WASN'T a whole lot different than numerous other folk groups. We just though they should be a bit purer. Bob Gibson (a hero of mine) claimed authorship on many songs that were very similar to those written by actual living composers (Like Libba Cotton)

Yeah "Kent St.Clair" WAS a bit pretentious...but the hotel loved it. Needless to say it was my idea of a joke, cause I hadda wear a suit and tie for the gig.

There are a couple of (pseudo) folk albums out there with the designation: Lead guitar: Lance D. Boyle. I'll never give anymore info though! (it was a union thing)
