Having taken seven and a half hours to get there on Friday I intended to make as much of the weekend as I could.
Fantastic weekend in everything I dropped into. It is always good to meet old freinds and make a lot of new ones too.
I'm very sorry for the sound glitches on Friday evening, Pete Coe sailed though it in his usual style. I tried to make a fix to the monitors on Saturday morning and the Rainbow Chasers concert survived with the help of a large chunk of gaffer tape. I never travel without it!
We all owe Alan Castle a big vote of thanks for all the hard work behind (and in front of) the scenes. Without him it may still exist but it would not be the same.
The Sunday evening session was a bit crowded and space was at a premium but it was a good end to the weekend,
Apart from taking 1hr 20m to reach Tonbridge on Monday morning the trip back home was uneventfull.
For those interested I will be starting a new thread in the next couple of days to re-home my folk club here. Keep in touch.
See you all next year!! Thanks,   Bo
