Say, you guys, there are some great songs here. I tried to clean up the HTML a bit and add <br> line breaks where I could. Whenever you post song lyrics at the Mudcat, it's a good idea to put them in the standard Digital Tradition format, so Dick and Susan can harvest them for the database if they want to. In the Standard Format, the title of the song appears in ALL CAPS, and the name of the songwriter appears on the next line (in parentheses). If you have any other information about the song, it's always helpful to include that. If you're posting lyrics in a thread like this one that includes the lyrics to many songs, it's a good idea to change the "subject" box information so that the "subject includes the song title. Correct format for the "subject" box when adding lyrics is: ADD: and then the song title. If you have the song title in the 'subject" box, people can find the song by doing a subject search.
Guess I'll sit here by the fire and listen to you sing a few more. Here's one for you that I sang at camp last week: Long, Long Ago (click).
