Now I shall tell it: yesterday was the 32nd anniversary of the day I was wed.

Oh, how we danced on the day we were wed!

Well, no, we didn't, but we did have a party after the reception. My youngest brother had a bit too much to drink and pantomined an automated brewery. Others did other things. (The reception, for whatever it's worth, was at the Betheseda Naval Medical Center's Officers Open Mess. It was pretty formal. The party was somewhat less formal, even though most of the guests remained mostly clothed. No shootings, knifings, broken furniture and/or windows, or pregnancies resulted from the party.)

The Conference is over. Nancy Pearl left yesterday. Carol Brey-Casiano left today. I got my rifle back and it's again locked up. Tomorrow I have to attend a Board meeting in the morning and then write a report. My only hope is that income exceeded expenses.

I also walked away with some books and some recorded books; the latter I got for free.

Now I am more or less okay. Now I can get on with another unpleasant job.
