It sort of like a movie, you see...picture it.
Long range shots of folks through the windows of their houses and flats, packing their suitcases and leaving notes for the neighbors to water the cat. Closeups as they're checking their tickets and phoning for cabs and wondering if they'll come on time. Cutaway to friends driving them to the airport, Heathrow or Fairbanks, and hugging them goodbye.

Thinking aloud: "Have I forgotten anything? Picks, guitar straps (wink), concertina?
Trying to remember mudcat names, like "geoff the duck"? "Leadfingers"? "Bobert"? "CatPHizzle, er, Piddle, er, PHiddle"? And picturing their photos on the website.

There's Micca on the plane snoring like a banshee in tourist class after three glasses of wine...

Then they pull up to Fortunato's and see the sign on the porch:
"There's Folk Music Tonight". And the Getaway is hours away.
