A while back I went shopping on the internet for some old songbooks, and paid something like 20 dollars each for a WWVA Jamboree songbook from the '30's, and a Doc Hopkins/Karl & Harty songbook. They had other country songbooks from the 30's through the present and the older ones commanded a decent price.
