Well, I couldn't resist the urge to pick up last night and drive 100 miles to Wilmington, DE to hear Max's band and the assorted 'catters leftover from the Getaway play more music. I'm paying for it now, but it was well worth it.

I am sure that Gutbucketeer means he got home at 2 AM - I actually got home a little before then and took a while to settle down enough to sleep.

This Getaway was as wonderful as anticipated; probably even more so.

A toast to Max for creating, fostering, cultivating and maintaining one of the best uses of modern technology in existence -- a venue for people to connect with one another and share friendship and music. What more can a body ask for?????????
