Micca and Khatt are tucking each other in for the night. I have a few minutes alone before I collapse altogether.

Special moments:
Watching Micca trying to decide whether or not the champagne flutes were a joke and always the gentleman, he avoided hurting my feelings with "I can honestly say I have never seen anything like them." The look of relief on Khatt's face when I smashed one was priceless.

Dueling banjos on kazoo and banjo. I finally find the banjo player of my dreams and he not only has a wife but one I like! And three perfect children to boot. Damn! Geoff the Duck, Mrs. Duck and the ducklings. What a treat to meet them them and share their sense of the outrageous.

Theresa upstaged by the gentle Wakana. Who would believe it could happen? Wakana is is another treasure. Brett should thank his lucky stars he found her. And she better take good care of the big softy, or else. Maybe they and Theresa can move to Maine and we'll all live happily ever after.

Tami (Ranger One) singing her first solo. I wish Fred and Julia could have been there. She did them proud.

Jacqui and Kendall doing the George Burns/Gracie Allan thing on stage. The two of them are so happy together - makes me all mushy.

Linda Goodman singing the song she wrote about livestock at the Getaway. Every year she gets a little more visible and bit more willing to share herself. Who could believe that she would end up on stage in the company of demented Tooth Fairies and a Quaker? She too needs to move to Maine.

Janice's Rubber Ducky, Jacqui's Beautiful Dreamer, Tinker's B.O.B., RinB's Armadillo song, Gorgeous Gary's AKIA to "Maria", Serveg's (sp?) brutal parody re: Ted Kennedy, the Storytelling workshop with the talking ducks and poor puddles, Helen's memorial, El Greko's Christmas song that had half the audience in tears, Judy Cook's Buckskin Bag of Gold, Judy and Dave Diamond as drunken farmer and unfaithful wife, Skarpi - WOW, InObu - WOW, etc. More moments later.

I did miss Joe Offer.
Now, some sleep.
