Dave, there is always good black (very strong) french roast coffee soomewhere within my reach. What I really should have is an espresso pot,but I make do with my little melior pot and way too much coffee.

Spaw, you take that possum out in the kitchen and I'll whip up a little pad thai, or mee krob, or some such thing. The little guy has been eating all of that stuff Cleetus and the Regs feed him. No wonder his bodily functions are out of whack (to say the least)

Tonight we are having one of those bitter (10 below?) nights with lots of stars. So I shall sing you all a song about the Winter Folk

Winter moves across the land a cold and a glorious king The bitter wind, his trumpeter, makes oak and ash to sing A crescent moon in a deep black sky, a single star beside On such a night as this, my love, the winter folk do ride

Their crystal forms are frosty fair, their raiment is of silver Their songs rise pure on the bitter air to make all mortals shiver and if you meet them along the road, the cold you will not mind. You will not fret, but soon forget your hearth and home behind.
