Doug - I am not a native Texan. I was born in Boston. We moved to Texas in 1986. My middle son graduated from UNT in 1996.

I gotta say the Fiddler's Dream is a great place. Pure folk, pure acoustic. It's a very unassuming place in a small building, but a great group of players showed up and performed. I enjoyed the evening very much. I am sure I'll be back. I received inviations to perform at other PHX area shows, and I am very tempted to get myself back up here. I'll certainly let you know.
