Entropy always increases. It will increase until entropy itself has become entropic. At that point I suspect that entropy will begin to decrease and will continue to do so until everything is frozen perfection, at which point entropy will begin again to increase.

Unless, of course, Gluon gets loose. Again. Then all bets are off, because you can NEVER tell what Gluon will drag home.
