Incidently the review of "Heritage Muse Child Ballads" is interesting. I didn't expect much from the CDs when I knew that field recordings weren't used for them - but I'd wondered why not, too. Also I agree that using accomaniment for them was a mistake. I rather thought that the producers of "The Muse" were trying to aim too wide. The program is a handy reference work - while it works. Still I find myself using my old books of Child's collection and "The Contemplator" more often. Cheers, Joy
