I worked out chords to this that sound pretty good to me. It's a fairly simple pattern with C, F, G(7), and Em. Later I saw the sheet music, which was noticeably more complicated with more different chords, but I didn't get a chance to play through them to hear how it sounded. Your post heading says Tune request, I don't know an easy way to provide you with the tune. If you indeed know the tune, I'd be happy to share the chords I use, and you can see if they suit you.
