re: cell phones - why do so many people answer their cell phone - then the first thing out of their mouths are "I can't talk now - can I call you back?" DON'T ANSWER THE DAMN THING IF YOU "CAN'T TALK NOW"!!!! ESPECIALLY when you have voice mail.

drives me nuts.
