Sorry about the delay in getting your package delivered. My IDIOT Delivery Elf had allowed the reindeer to sit on his goggles!! Result - smashed elf goggles, elf losing temper with reindeer and Santa getting angry with elf for being so stupid in the fist place. I have told the elf to buy his own replacement goggles and the package SHOULD be on it's way to you in the next couple of days.
