Doug - well; it is a bit odd, but maybe there are some extenuating circumstances. I know you and I were wondering if they were even open, in this thread above ... so I figured some might be put off by that, because it was unclear. Then I had a real problem locating the place and knew that others might, too. So I arrived there, expecting it was unlikely that other Mudcatters would make, but I did hope for the best and began telling my Mudcat story to each new face that arrived. When th show started; there was no talking. It was a bit like a library! It was actually a great environment for performers, but no conducive to chatting. At the end of the night,I talked a bit with a few folks, a few tried my Larrivee Parlor guitar. I had already given up on meeting any Mudcatters, but did ask one or two more (obviously the wrong ones).

I am not too worried about it, though I wish it were not so ... I understand one's wish to preserve their privacy ... and I did point my camera around pretty freely! It was a great show, and great fun. The music was a real treat ... and I am pretty sure I captured at least one of the anonymous Mudcatters in my photos (at the link above). I have a couple more that didn't turn out as well, so I didn't post them. Yes Doug, it's a bit odd ... but perhaps understandable!

Max - thanks for the refresh. Maybe one of these shy guys will speak up, eventually!
