MMario, I don't know about that. Can Max could be held responsible for what others post in an unmoderated forum? If discussion of songs is an exception to copyright law? Even if they had the right to object to lyrics posted in the forum, if HFA went through the entire forum and identified each post with lyrics they contol, what's to stop someone posting them again when there's a request? Then they have to go through the entire search and destroy mission again.
