I agree with duellingbouzoukis, any of the Flashman stories (scripts by GMF, of course).
I'd also like to see proper live action versions of Pratchett's "Discworld" books (but Hollyweird would just foul them up, so maybe not) and perhaps "Covanent With Death" (John Harris).
