I have discovered a sadistic streak within myself! If you've spent any time at all wrapping Christmas presents you know that some wrapping papers are printed so that the designs repeat themselves every so often. You also know that this feature helps you cut the paper more straightly. If you start your cut at, say, the picture of a star on a Christmas tree, you aim your cut for the next star.

Well, I've discovered that I particularly enjoy starting cuts so that I can cut off Rudolph's red nose, Frosty's carrot nose or Santa's beard. I particularly like cutting the legs from the three wise men's camels, and slashing the little drummer boy's drum thrills me to no end.
