I have it via occasional ear infections - viral, so like flu there's little one can do except enjoy the ride. It was scary at first, but after being admitted to hospital and told it wasn't a) heart attack b) stroke or c) brain tumour, I said 'bring it on' ... I was told it was vertigo (but I'm too short to get vertigo) and, like flu, it comes and goes.

It's one of the few adventures open to the cowardly. ;o)
