You can put your email addy in the to box since anyone who receives mail from you has your email address (so they can reply). You're not revealing anything that isn't already part of sending email. By using your own address, and hiding everyone else's you don't give the email addresses of everyone on your mailing list to everyone on your mailing list.

You will get a copy in your "Sent Mail" box, and another copy in your Inbox, so remember to clear both of them when you're ready to get rid of the transaction.
