Oh that is SOOOOOOOO good.....

We've learnt that if there is a brief silence before the person speaks, it's a telemarketer and in that silence I usually say something like 'I'm happy with my mortgage, I don't want to change my phone, our utilities are the cheapest around and I have life insurance already. We have no more windows to double glaze, no more gutters to fix and nowhere to put an extension. If I've missed anything, please let me know later because I'm eating my lunch.'

But I think I may use the questionnaire... it's much more fun and intrusive!
